Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season the sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and bell peppers until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Lower the heat to medium, pour in heavy cream, and add Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
  • Sprinkle smoked paprika into the sauce and mix well.
  • Return the cooked pasta and steak into the skillet. Toss everything together until fully coated with the creamy Cajun sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
