- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme
Pomegranate Glaze
- 1½ cups pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Marinate lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, spices, and herbs. Refrigerate 1–6 hours.
Simmer glaze ingredients for 15–20 minutes until thick.
Cook lamb chops in a hot skillet, 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare).
Brush with glaze during last minute. Rest 5 minutes.
Garnish with pomegranate arils and herbs. Serve hot.
