Ingredients
  

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme

Pomegranate Glaze

  • cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Marinate lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, spices, and herbs. Refrigerate 1–6 hours.
  • Simmer glaze ingredients for 15–20 minutes until thick.
  • Cook lamb chops in a hot skillet, 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare).
  • Brush with glaze during last minute. Rest 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with pomegranate arils and herbs. Serve hot.
