- 12 oz rotini pasta or your favorite pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup diced bell peppers red, green, or yellow
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup diced Italian meats salami, pepperoni, or ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
- Salt and pepper to taste
